CHESHIRE EAST BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 A56 LYMM ROAD, LITTLE BOLLINGTON NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cheshire East Borough Council, in exercise of its powers under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, issues this notice temporarily to prohibit traffic in the following length of road:- A56 Lymm Road, Little Bollington between A556 Roundabout to the junction with B5159. The closure is necessary to enable Cheshire East Highways to carry out pre –patching surface dressing works. The alternative route will be via; A556, A50, A56 and vice versa Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained for emergency vehicles and residents where possible. It is anticipated that the works will be carried out overnight from 19:00 hours on Saturday 20th July until 05:00 hours on Sunday 21st July 2013. This notice will become operative on Saturday 20th July 2013 for a period of 5 days or for such less time as is necessary to enable the works to be completed. NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 B5159 WEST LANE, HIGH LEGH - 20mph SPEED RESTRICTION B5159 West Lane, High Legh between A50 Warrington Road to Boundary at High Legh Road. Restrict the speed of Motor Vehicles to 20mph The Restriction is necessary to enable Cheshire East Highways to carry out surface dressing works. It is anticipated that the works will be carried out on Friday 26th until Tuesday 30th July 2013, between 08.00 – 17.30 hours. This notice will become operative on Friday 26th July 2013 for a period of 5 days or for such less time as is necessary to enable the works to be completed.
